Duties:

Commercial-facility management and consulting

Requirements:

Experience managing commercial facilities

Locations*:

Tokyo, Kanagawa, Gunma, Fukuoka etc.
*In principle, personnel changes do not involve relocation.

Work hours:

9:00 am-5:45 pm (standard working day: 7:45 hours)
Employees are assigned in shifts at each site.

Days off:

Two full days off/week
(123 days off/year)

Vacation: Paid vacation (10-20 days), summer holidays, winter holidays, time off for congratulatory and condolence leaves, etc.
Salary: Compensation in accordance with company rules based on experience, ability, age, etc.
Compensation:

Annual raises; bonuses twice annually
Full insurance package, full commuting cost reimbursement, overtime pay, etc.

Benefits: For transferred employees, housing available for rent (subject to certain conditions); contracted recreation facilities (in Japan and overseas) available
